Optimise admin console
- pom version changed to 1.12.2-SNAPSHOT
- added icon for the new button all executors
- fixed all executors response with loading
- added json file for menu items that are in use and alternative json with all buttons (buttons that we use and commented buttons too)
- function to handle the json and create menu items and sub-menu items
NOTE:
- link buttons are still commented in render while they are not in use and the function don't handle them
