- Added event listener for parcel labels, labels will hide /show based on changes of the map scale. Large scales will hide labels. - Tweaked crop description getter, no more latinized names. - Adjusted AP && CP label setter, tooltip location will now be calculated from the centroid of the binded layer and will fallback on html anchor.
