- Added ISvConfiguration Interface to allow module specific configuration code to be executed during Svarog Upgrade/Install
- Removed the constants related to the Svarog Installer
- The interface ISvDatabaseIO is extended to provide a pre-installation callback which is used for preparing database types and procedures needed by the DB handler it self.
