Feature/skip gui meta upgrade
- Refactoring of the EXTENDED OPTIONS to be accessible via the DBT of the object
- Refactoring of the GUI_METADATA to be accessible via the DBT of the object
- Prevent Svarog from overwriting the above fields
- Fix of the Oracle saving of CLOBs
- Minor cleanup of code according to Sonar warnings.
