Release 3.1.5 includes two critical fixes

  1. Fix for using NULL SRID in oracle spatial. When svarog was defaulting to 4326 SRID on oracle many of the spatial ops returned strange results. Oracle works correctly if data is written/read with NULL srid (in case when your SRID doesn't actually exist)

  2. The Svarog install was modified to include the referential table and referential field data in the upgrade, which shall be used to provide additional information about the denormalisation of the fields. This version of Svarog, requires at least v3.1.1 of the interfaces
